Beijing Hongxi International Golf Club is located at No. 8, Donghuan North Road, in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, just a 15-minute drive from the Beijing China World Trade Center. The entire golf course is adjacent to the Southeast Fifth Ring Road and the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Expressway, resembling a beautiful piece of green brocade spread out at the southeastern gateway of China's capital.

The Hongxi golf course, designed by the renowned Australian designer Mr. Scott Miller, takes its landscape planning cues from the gardens of Jiangnan. It draws inspiration from the styles of the famous Suzhou gardens, the Humble Administrator's Garden and the Master of the Nets Garden, using the original low-lying water areas on the site to create ponds after careful management and treatment. Along the way, it is adorned with weeping willows and peculiar rocks, creating a "wind-blown willow catkins, water reflecting cloud shadows" Chinese garden-style landscape golf course. The entire golf course, with its greens, bunkers, waterfronts, and islands, is full of twists and turns, yet subtly challenging and rich in layers. Looking from afar, it is interconnected and forms a coherent whole, with winding shores and peaks, creating an open and closed space that interweaves and penetrates, providing golfers with an excellent visual experience as they compete and extend their vision. The golf course not only retains the gracefulness of the Suzhou gardens but also incorporates the grandeur and undulation of mountain golf courses. The original 18-hole course has been transformed from flat terrain to one with undulating features; the newly constructed southern course has become the mountain golf course closest to downtown Beijing.
