1. The price displayed on BaiGolf app or website is for a group of 4 players. Additional fees will be charged for less than 4 players (e.g. 2~3 player a group will pay additional fees). It is recommended to book tee times at least 3 days in advance. Orders will not be accepted 24 hours before tee time, please book as early as possible.2. Non real-time booking requires mannual processing of orders. It may take a few minutes or hours to process the order. A confirmation emaill will send to you after successfully booking.3. A customer service representative will contact you by email or telephone if the requested tee time is not available. If the reservation is failed, BaiGolf will fully refund you in 3~7 working days.4. Prepaid Fees including a handling charge of JPY 2,000 per player and deposit.1) Handling charge is the technical fee charged by BaiGolf, non-refundable once a tee time is booked successfully.2) Deposit will be fully refund 3~7 working days after you finish your golf round.
