Green Valley Country Club is one the oldest courses on the way from Bangkok to Pattaya. It is 1 of 3 Trent Jones Jr courses in Bangkok, the others being the Navatanee Golf Course and President Country Club. Being close to the Suvanabhumi International Airport, Green Valley is convenient for those Bangkok golfers who want to get in a round on their day of arrival or departure. Some compare Green Valley to the likes of Thai Country Club, with just less opulence, because of the challenge and well-kept course conditions. Accurate drives are a must to score well as most of the fairways are defined by water hazards and have uneven lies. The greens are firm and fast, especially when putting down grain. Green Valley has many well-placed hazards which add further to the golf challenge.
