Shanqin Bay is a 18-hole international championship golf course with par 71. Bill Coore put his heart and soul into the design of Shanqin Bay and personally spent 125 days on the site to make sure it was the best. He would later say it is perhaps the most beautiful site he has ever had the pleasure of working with. The site that he refers to allowed him to design 18 championship holes with each of them having a view of the South China Sea.It also allowed for traumatic elevation changes that will take your breath away. The overall combination of beach, ocean, cliffes, and mountains provided the best site for what he believes is the best course in China and a Top 100 in the world.
