1. Handling fee is non-refundable once a tee time is  booked successfully. BaiGolf members do not need to pay a deposit online , your booking are guaranteed by our company's corporate credit in Japan. Please be careful to arrange your golf trip.

2. Please notify at least 96 hours in advance for cancellation or change, otherwise a penalty of 50%-100% of the golf fee will be charged according to the rules of the golf course.

NOSHOW: 100% of the play fee will be charged.

* If cancellation fees are incurred, it is recommended to pay the penalty charge at the golf course reception. The golf course will issue a remittance letter to charge the cancellation fee. If the cancellation fee is paid through our company, a remittance surcharge of CNY 1,000 will be incurred for international remittance.

* On play day, once you teed off, the fee will be charged according to 18 holes. The golf course will not refund the fee due to bad weather. Please understand.
