【Reservation Fee】

■ Once a reservation is successful, the reservation fee is non-refundable. If the reservation is cancelled due to the customer's own reasons, the reservation fee will not be refunded regardless of whether the reservation was successful.

■ If it is confirmed that a reservation cannot be made, the fee will be refunded after deducting the refund processing fee.

【Cancellation or Change】 

Once a reservation is successful, cancellation and changes are not supported.

【NO SHOW】

A 100% golf fee will be charged as a cancellation fee for a no-show.

【Special Circumstances】 

In case of health problems, emergencies, flight delays, or other force majeure events that prevent attendance, please confirm with the course; the specific arrangements will depend on the circumstances. (Proof required)

*No refunds or postponements will be accepted for cancellations due to personal reasons.

*Playing usually continues even in rain, mostly thunderstorms. You can continue playing after taking shelter from the rain. Cancellations or refunds based on rain cannot be accepted in advance. Please be sure to comply with the operating regulations of each course after you finish your round.
